Call Recording Notice
Last updated August 16, 2026
Korinca provides an AI receptionist that answers calls on behalf of the businesses that use it. This notice explains how those calls may be recorded and processed.
Calls may be recorded
When you call a business that uses Korinca, your call may be answered by an AI receptionist and may be recorded and transcribed. Recording is used to capture the details of your request accurately, to route your lead to the business, and to maintain and improve service quality.
Who controls your call data
The business you are calling is responsible for how your information is used after the call. Korinca processes the call on that business’s behalf to answer it, capture the job details, and deliver the lead to their team.
What we capture
A call record may include your phone number, the language you spoke, the service you asked about, the address for the job, and notes summarizing your request. This is the information the business needs to call you back and help you.
Your choices
If you do not want your call recorded, you can say so at the start of the call or ask that someone from the business call you back, and you can contact the business to request access to or deletion of your information. Recording practices also follow the requirements of the state or region where the call takes place.
Security
Call data is kept isolated per business and protected with industry-standard safeguards, and is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
