When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit. That includes your name, business name, email, phone number, and any information you include in a message. We use it to respond, set up a demo, and follow up about Korinca.

When a business uses Korinca, our platform processes call, lead, and job data on that business’s behalf. Examples are caller phone numbers, the details a caller provides, and the outcome of a job. For that data the customer is the controller and Korinca is the processor; we handle it under our agreement with them and only to provide the service.

We use the information to operate and improve the service, respond to requests, provide support, keep the platform secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Each business’s data is isolated from every other business on the platform, and access is restricted to what is needed to run the service. We use industry-standard safeguards; no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Korinca (for example hosting, communications, and payment providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users. Those providers are bound to use the data only to perform their services for us.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Customers can request deletion of their account data under their agreement with us.
