01

Does it actually work?

How the AI receptionist answers →

Do AI receptionists actually work?

Yes, for the job they are built for: answering every call and turning it into a lead your team can act on. Korinca answers 24/7 in English and Spanish, asks the questions your trade needs in one pass, and alerts your team in real time. It does not quote prices, schedule or close the sale. Those stay with your team, which is exactly why it works.

Can callers tell it’s an AI?

Some can, and when a caller asks, it says so: it never pretends to be a person. What callers notice most is that someone answered on the first ring, in their language, and took their problem seriously.

Does it sound robotic?

It talks naturally, asks one thing at a time and never reads a form out loud. It asks once and moves on, so the call is quick and the caller never hangs up from having to repeat themselves.

What happens when several calls come in at once?

Korinca answers all of them at the same time, each in its own language. Nobody gets a busy signal or voicemail on your busiest day.

What if the caller hangs up after one ring?

Korinca already has the number. The lead is created and your team gets the alert, so someone can call back while the customer is still looking for help.

Can it transfer a call to someone on my team?

Live transfer is coming soon. Today, the moment the call ends, your team gets the lead in real time with everything the caller said, so someone can call back right away.

What are the common complaints about AI receptionists, and how does Korinca handle them?

The usual ones are generic scripts, hours spent writing scenarios, a robotic voice, a CRM that doesn’t sync and surprise per-minute bills. Korinca is set up by our team with your trade’s questions, so you write nothing. It talks naturally. Leads land in its own CRM, so there is nothing to sync. And the price is monthly, never per minute.

02

Korinca vs the alternatives

How the loop works →

How is an AI receptionist different from an answering service?

An answering service takes a message for someone to read later. Korinca asks your trade’s questions, alerts your team in real time and files the lead in its CRM with its source and language. Then it shows which source brought the jobs that got paid, which no answering service does.

Is an AI receptionist better than hiring a receptionist?

It covers what one person can’t: all 168 hours of the week, several calls at once, English and Spanish, and no sick days. A receptionist can do things beyond the phone; Korinca makes sure no call is lost and every lead is tied to its source, so your people can focus on the jobs.

Why not just use missed-call text-back?

Missed-call text-back texts the customer after they hung up and asks them to wait for you. Korinca answers before they hang up. For scheduled work a text back may be enough; for emergencies, the first company that answers gets the job.

Is voicemail enough after hours?

Most callers with an urgent problem don’t leave a message; they call the next company. Korinca answers after hours exactly as it does at noon, and your team gets the alert in real time.

Is call tracking the same as revenue attribution?

No. Call tracking tells you which source made the phone ring. Revenue attribution follows that lead to the job and the money collected, so it tells you whether the ad paid for itself. Korinca does both, because the call, the lead, the job and the payment live in the same system.

Do I need field service software to use Korinca?

No. Korinca brings its own CRM, so it can be your first CRM: every lead from calls, forms and social in one place, from lead to paid job. It is lightweight on purpose, built around the lead and the money.

03

Your money and your ads

Meet The Truth →

How do I know which ads bring me paid jobs?

Every lead in Korinca carries its source, and when the job is paid the money attaches to that same lead. The report shows, by source, the leads, the closed jobs, the money collected and what each one cost you. You stop guessing which ad works.

Why don’t my ad platform’s conversions match my bank?

An ad platform counts what it can see, like clicks, form fills or calls that lasted long enough. It doesn’t know which of those became a paid job, or for how much. Korinca counts the money you actually collected and ties it to its source, so the number matches your bank, not the platform’s estimate.

How do I calculate my real cost per closed job?

Divide what a source cost you by the jobs it brought that got paid. Korinca does that math for you, by source and with money collected, so a cheap lead that never closes and an expensive one that always does are finally compared fairly.

What is a good return on ad spend for a home service business?

There is no universal number: it changes with your trade, your ticket size and your market. The one that matters is yours, calculated on money collected rather than on conversions. Korinca shows the return on every dollar by source, and any source that costs more than it brings shows up in red.

Can it measure organic search, referrals and social?

Yes. Organic search, referrals, your website form and social are sources too. They cost nothing in ads, so Korinca shows what they brought in collected money and marks them as no spend, right next to the paid ones.

I pay per lead even when I miss the call. What can I do?

On platforms that charge per lead, a missed call is money spent on nothing. Korinca answers every call, so every lead you pay for gets worked, and the report shows what each of those platforms actually returned in collected money.

04

Calls, leads and alerts

Lead alerts →

What does the receptionist ask on a call?

The questions your trade needs: what is wrong, how urgent it is, where, and the details your tech needs. Our team sets them up with you. It captures the name, number, language, service, address, notes and source, and stops there.

Who gets the lead alert?

Everyone you name: the owner, the office, the tech on call. The alert goes out in real time the moment a lead comes in, from any source, as a text message to the phone they already carry. Push notifications in the Korinca app are coming soon.

Does it capture web forms and leads from social?

Yes. Web forms and leads from social land in the same CRM as calls, each with its source, and trigger the same alert to your team.

Does it handle emergencies and scheduled work?

Both. An emergency is flagged as urgent and your team gets the alert right away; an estimate or a maintenance visit is captured for your team to schedule. Once there is a date, your crew gets a reminder 1 day and 2 hours before.

Does the AI receptionist book appointments?

It captures the job complete and alerts your team, and your team sets the date, because only your crew knows what the day looks like. It never schedules, quotes or closes on its own.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Every call is recorded and attached to its lead, so you can hear exactly what the customer said. Recordings stay inside your business, and the call recording notice explains how callers are informed.

05

In Spanish

Bilingual answering →

Does the AI receptionist answer in Spanish?

Yes, natively. It answers in the language the caller starts in, English or Spanish, from the first word, with no “press 2” menu, and runs the whole call in that language.

Do I need bilingual staff?

Not to answer the phone. The receptionist answers in both languages 24/7, and every lead is tagged with its language, so whoever on your team speaks Spanish can make the call back.

Can I see how many of my leads speak Spanish?

Yes. Every lead carries its language, so the report shows how many leads and how much collected money came from Spanish-speaking customers, by source.

Is Korinca for Hispanic contractors in the United States?

Yes. It is built for home service contractors in the United States, including Hispanic-owned businesses whose customers call in English and Spanish. The whole site and the demo are available in Spanish.

Does it switch languages in the middle of a call?

It answers in the language the caller starts in and stays in it for the whole call, so the conversation never flips halfway through.

06

Getting started and pricing

Get your price →

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Korinca works on the number you already have, so your customers keep calling the same line.

What do I need ready to start?

Very little: your services, your hours, the questions your trade needs answered and who should get the alerts. Our team takes it from there.

Who sets it up?

Our team does: your receptionist, your questions, your alerts and your CRM. You write no scripts and configure nothing; you listen to her and tell us what to change.

How long does it take to go live?

Setup takes about an hour on our side. How far the personalization goes depends on what your trade needs, and we size that with you on the demo.

Is there a long contract?

No. Korinca is month to month and you can cancel anytime.

Do you charge per minute?

No. The price is monthly and built around your call volume, so a busy month never turns into a surprise bill.

Why isn’t there a public price table?

Because a one-truck shop and a company with several crews get very different call volumes. Your price is set by your volume and your trades, and you get it on a 5-minute call.

Is it worth it for a small business with few calls?

Often more so. When you get few calls, each one you miss is a bigger share of your month. Korinca makes sure every one is answered, captured and tied to the source that paid for it.

07

Your data

How your data is kept →

Is my data separate from other businesses?

Yes. Each business is walled off from every other. No screen, export or report in Korinca returns another business’s calls, leads or money, or hands yours to them.

Who on my team can see the money?

You decide. You choose who on your team sees the money numbers and who only works leads and jobs.

Do you sell my data or use it to train AI?

No. Your calls, leads and recordings belong to your business. They are never sold and never used to train anything.

How do call recordings and consent work?

Recordings stay inside your business and are used to capture the job details and tie paid jobs to their leads. The call recording notice explains how callers are informed.

What happens to my data if I leave?

It stays yours. Export it whenever you want, and if you ask us to delete it, we delete it, whether or not you are leaving.

Never miss a lead. Know exactly what pays.

In five minutes, Team Korinca shows you the receptionist answering a real call in English and Spanish, and the report that tells you what each lead source cost and how many jobs it closed.
